Our client, based in Arlon in Belgium, is looking for a Workplace Manager (M/F) with the following profile:

The Local Workplace Manager is the end-to-end responsible for managing and coordinating the Workplace department. Working in an integrated and fast-growing function, the Workplace Manager will have a key role in the plant development. He/She will report locally to the HR Manager.


  • You will define functional and technical specifications of the service and Identify areas of improvement,

  • You will work with the HR Department and the purchasing offices to define and maintain procedural guidelines aiming at disciplining the execution of services,

  • You are a support in definition of Supplier contract SLAs / KPIs and you monitor them,

  • You resolve recurrent performance issues and manage Supplier development,

  • You define yearly WM plan, and you manage budgeting process with country HR, finance references…

  • You oversee recurrent monitoring of region/country services, travel and fleet costs to ensure compliance to budget figures,

  • You are also in charge of the car fleet for the plant,

  • You coach and develop subordinates to achieve full potential and develop competencies

  • You empower the team in the interaction with colleague, suppliers and respective roles in other countries,

  • You will be a support to other departments manager in developing communication to be issued to internal/external people (without being the first point of contact for Business end-users,

  • You will be the single point of contact for internal customers of the plant for any request related to workplace service,

  • You will ensure the right process governance and guarantee that all consumption policies and procedures are formalized and respected,

  • You will have to facilitate and coordinate the local implementation of Workplace Group Guidelines & initiatives,


  • You have a degree in Economics, Management or Administration

  • You are experienced with at least 5 years of experience in management

  • You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • You are multitasking and flexibility

  • You are fluent in English and French. Any other language is a plus

  • Experience with SAP is a plus

  • Previous experience in HR is a plus
