Our client, an industrial group based near Arlon in Belgium, wishes to strengthen its teams and is looking for a Supply chain specialist (M/F) with the following profile:

You will have to support the client’s supply chain, including all warehouses. You are in charge of the implementation of logistics strategy. You will have to work with internal and external partners.

Mission

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will manage the relationship with third parties,

  • You are in charge of the control and process of receipts and disbursements,

  • You optimize the logistic flows and the stock in the warehouse,

  • You have to documents all the incoming/outgoing good in SAP,

  • You will have to be in contact with the plant in case of anomalies with the procedures,

  • You are in charge of the daily conciliation of supplier stock and deal with differences,

  • You will do stock and inventory count/reconciliation,

  • You will participate to audit quality,

  • You will assess and control GRC,

  • You will calculate the KPIs to evaluate third parties,

  • You will have a role in the stock management with the monitoring of the logistics activity with the third parties,

  • You will ensure that the destruction activity is in line with the guideline,

  • You will manage the Pallet (records transactions),

  • You follow the insurance transportation claims procedure and maintain claim report,

  • You support the team in the change management to move from project to process,

Profil

  • You have a bachelor/master’s degree in quality, methods, production’ control or supply chain,

  • You are experienced with at least 3 years of experience in a food industry,

  • You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft office,

  • You have a good level in English and French. Any other language is a plus,

  • Experience with SAP is a plus,

  • High attention to details and very good management of figures,

  • Analytical and synthesis skills,
